The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Office for West Africa and the Sahel (UNOWAS), Mohamed Ibn Chambas, condemns the attack on a church in Dablo, in north-central Burkina Faso Faso, that left six people dead, including the priest of the Church.

The Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations extends his deepest condolences to the families of the victims, to the people and to the Government of Burkina Faso.
