The United Nations Office for West Africa and the Sahel - Cameroon-Nigeria Mixted Commission (UNOWAS/CNMC) with its office located in Dakar, Senegal require the provision of repair, maintenance, services and supply of spare parts for 76 units Air Conditioners systems for UNOWAS/CNMC with its office located in Dakar, Senegal. 

The contract will be initially awarded for one (1) year with an option for two (1+1) year extensions under the same terms and conditions. The contract extension will be at the UN sole discretion and always be subject to satisfactory performance of the Vendor and UNOWAS budget availability.
