The Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for West Africa and the Sahel and Chief of the United Nations Office for West Africa and the Sahel (UNOWAS), Mr. Mohamed Ibn Chambas, participated in the 51st Ordinary Summit of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) that took place on 04 June 2017 in Monrovia, Liberia.
